Determined to reclaim my health, I shifted toward natural remedies, incorporating herbs, yoga, and holistic practices into my routine. It isn’t just about physical healing, I also use tools like journaling and planners as essential guides for regular check-ins. Each step in this journey is about restoring balance to my mind, body, and spirit with intention.
This openness to change led to a profound transformation, and by 2022, I reached a milestone: successfully discontinuing all medications while embracing a more intentional, fulfilling way of living.
In 2023, I deepened my understanding of herbal medicine, expanding my knowledge of natural solutions for well-being. In 2024, I became a certified Journal Therapy Coach, helping others use writing as a tool for emotional resilience. By 2025, I pursued training in Narrative Therapy and Naturopathy, further anchoring my commitment to holistic healing and mental health awareness.
