Be courageous!
In 2020, I faced severe back and neck pain due to stress and was on medication for two years, which led to further issues, including hair loss and my emotional wellbeing.
Aware that continued medication would only lead to more drugs to manage symptoms, and therefore more side effects,
I realized that medication was not the solution, I decided something had to change. I turned to natural remedies, herbs, and yoga to create a new physical and spiritual routine. This openness to new change transformed me.
By 2022, I successfully stopped all medications. In January 2023, I completed The Foundation Course in Herbal Medicine to expand my knowledge of natural remedies. Over the past four years, I have consistently practiced yoga and consumed herbal teas, resulting in significant improvements in my health and personal growth. Yoga, in particular, has miraculously alleviated my back and neck pain.
Now, my mission is to inspire wisdom and growth in others, guiding us towards mental wellness and a richly lived life.
I employ tools like journaling and planners for regular self-awareness check-ins, which have been life-changing for me. Each small step has allowed me to rethink, rewrite, and reclaim a freer, truer, happier, and healthier life.
