When COVID-19 reshaped the world in 2020, I faced my own battle—persistent neck and back pain that led me down a path of long-term medication. But over time, I realized that they masked the pain, but didn’t heal the root.
✨The Turning Point - Healing Inside & Out
Determined to reclaim my health, I turned toward natural remedies - herbs, yoga, and holistic practices into my routine. It isn’t just about physical healing, I also use tools like journaling and planners as essential guides for regular check-ins. Each step in this journey is about restoring balance to my mind, body, and spirit with intention.
This openness to change led to a profound transformation, By 2022, I reached a milestone: I successfully discontinued all medications while embracing a more intentional and stepped into a more intentional, fulfilling way of living.
🌸Deepening the Path
In 2023, I expanded my understanding of herbal medicine, exploring wisdom for sustainable well-being. In 2024, I became a certified Journal Therapy Coach, helping others use writing as a tool for emotional resilience. And in 2025, I pursued training in Narrative Therapy, Naturopathy and Deep Neural Repatterning, anchoring my commitment to holistic healing and mental health awareness.
