Be courageous!
In 2020, I faced consistent neck and back pain. I was on medication for two years, but it led to hair loss issue and a decline in my emotional well-being.
I was aware that continued medication would not serve my long-term wellbeing. So, I decided to change. I turned to natural remedies, herbs, and yoga to create a new physical and spiritual routine. My openness to change has transformed me. By 2022, I successfully stopped all medications.
In January 2023, I took The Foundation Course in Herbal Medicine to expand my knowledge of natural remedies. In 2024, I became a certified Journal Therapy Coach, dedicated to mental and emotional well-being. In 2025, I pursued naturopathy practitioner training, driven by my passion for natural healing and nurturing the whole self. Adopting a holistic approach to life has enabled me to care for my spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental well-being while fostering personal growth. This journey has guided me toward a meaningful and richly fulfilling life.
I use resources like journaling and planners for regular check-ins, with each step allowing me to rethink, rewrite, reflect, and reclaim a freer, truer, happier, and healthier life. Believing in the possibility of change is all we need—it is the first step for anyone seeking to embark on their own path of renewal.
